3. Client Responsibilities

  • Approve creatives, designs, and campaign details before execution
  • Ensure that all advertising content complies with applicable laws and regulations

The Company is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client.

4. Payments & Pricing

  • All pricing will be communicated in advance via proposal or agreement
  • Payments must be made as per agreed terms (advance/partial/full)
  • Delayed payments may result in campaign delays or suspension

All payments made are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. Campaign Execution

  • Campaign timelines are estimates and may vary due to operational or external factors
  • Once a campaign is live, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges
  • The Company will make reasonable efforts to deliver agreed outcomes but does not guarantee specific results (e.g., leads, conversions)

6. Intellectual Property

  • All creatives developed by The AdWheels Media remain our property unless otherwise agreed
  • Clients are granted usage rights only after full payment
  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited

7. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be held liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of business, revenue, or data
  • External factors affecting campaign performance (traffic, weather, public response, etc.)

8. Cancellation & Termination

  • Either party may terminate services with prior written notice
  • Any work completed up to the termination date will be billed accordingly
  • No refunds will be issued for work already executed

9. Compliance & Legal

Clients must ensure that their advertisements:

  • Do not violate any laws or regulations
  • Are not misleading, offensive, or harmful

We reserve the right to رفض (reject) any content that does not meet compliance standards.

10. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any data shared with us will be handled responsibly and used only for service delivery and communication purposes.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
